Familiarity with streets in multiple counties, to coordinate detours due to road construction or accidents. Constant communication with busses in service. Computer skills are extensive, use of microsoft office, HASTUS, ACIS, as well as others. The ability to understand and interpret Union MOU language and comply with it operationally.

Management of all contracts based out of Marin County. Directly Supervise 10-15 bus Operators, and 1 road Supervisor. Responsibilities included scheduling Bus Operators, approving time off, coordinating payroll, fare box reconciliation, on time performance reporting, detailed monthly reports including passenger counting, fare box accounting, and on time performance. I also worked closely with Marin Transit regarding route performance, upcoming road work, road changes, route planning, ADA accesibility and accomodations. I maintained and monitored fuel expense reports. I worked collectively with maintenance staff to schedule routine maintenance on off site vehicles, as well as non-routine breakdowns or vehicle issues that occur. I monitored safety regulations and insured their compliance by my staff. I managed drive cam reviews with the safety department, and counseled operators on violations. I was responsible for written, and verbal disciplinary action when applicable.
