•Customisation and closing of forex related deals in accordance to individual, corporate as well as Institutional clients’ requirements•Assisting business development executives from global branches in terms of operation aspect. This includes managing remittance requests, setup of API and UAT, troubleshooting of trading platform (MT4 and pro trading platform) and different account setup•Identifies potential business opportunities abroad by analysing and exploring new markets to set up offices globally. Office setup includes Thailand, Nigeria, Ghana, Philippines•Setup of White Labels(WL). This includes Myanmar, Thailand and Japan•Assisting Institutional, retail clients and WLs with account opening, funding procedures, usage of platform and back office as well as providing technical support on platform issues.•Performance tracking of WL, Institutional clients and the new market setup•Pulls report and tally figures for monthly invoices of both Institutional clients and WLs•Conduct training for WLs•Drafting of agreements.
