Responsible for the administrative and fiscal management of a nine-town board of health tobacco control collaborative serving Carver, Pembroke, Plympton, Hanson, Halifax, East Bridgewater, Middleboro, West Bridgewater and Whitman. Reported directly to 9 separate Boards of Health. Initiated and self-managed collaborative tobacco control policies and community education programs with community agencies, organizations, schools and target populations.

Develop, design, implement, evaluate and administer a substance abuse prevention program for seventh grade girls within the Worcester public school system.
