Responsible for maintaining and support the MS suite of collaboration tools across the Loblaw landscape which includes MS Exchange, mailboxes and mail flow, O365, MS Teams, Sharepoint and Onedrive. This includes but is not limited increasing end user adoption and self service support through the use of AI Chat bots, training and various other support avenues. My team also works closely with other teams to support a Single Pane Strategy for meeting colleagues where they are while working in Teams.

Recently completed projects include:1. Workforce Management Upgrade - 60,000+ user based retail T&A solution; both application upgrade as well as infrastructure by moving solution from on-premise to the cloud. 2. Pharmacy application replacement & deployment - Deployed new Rx application to a long term care pharmacy service provider.3. Server imaging standards - worked with infrastructure and engineering teams to establish physical servers and server image standards on Dell r720 platform creating reusable images for Windows, Linux and ESX using VMware.Details on my current role:Reporting to the Project Management Office, I am responsible for the delivery of projects within the IT organization and work closely with Program Directors and Executive Steering Committees This position is accountable for planning and managing one or more delivery projects. Within a business area: •Manages project resources dedicated to a project •Provides overall project plans and estimates •Manages the project planning activities as required •Works with the Project Management Office (PMO) to keep the user community and senior management informed of project status and project issues Within the context of a project:•Completes the business case and cost/benefit analysis for all projects •Oversees the analysis of business requirements •Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures •Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis •Manages the project budget •Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for the project •Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices •Facilitates team and client meetings effectively •Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors •Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations •Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, I was accountable for all training, organizational change management, communication, functional user acceptance testing and national deployment for a workforce managment solution and an enterprise point of sale solution. Project Managers and their direct team report to me and I managed the communications and expectations of the business and executive teams.
