I sit at the unique crossroads of Brand Strategy and Supply Chain.I've spent the first phase of my professional career fully immersed in Logistics and Supply Chain. I focused on intricate business systems and developing process innovation. This led me to work on exciting projects such as greenfield warehouse launches, creating bespoke entry management systems, and spearheading innovation events with the SCLAA.Near the end of 2019, I took on a fresh challenge. I started a creative agency called Storytime Studios, anticipating applying the same innovative thinking around systems and processes to an entirely new industry.After diving in and tackling the steep learning curve that taught me the nuances of marketing - the hard way. Storytime Studios has emerged as a leading-edge creative agency focusing on Branding and Brand Strategy, helping people develop practical plans and understand powerful frameworks.The challenge has been difficult, but something special happens when a framework, tool, or concept is clearly understood. It becomes exciting. It encourages action. That's the ideal combination: Clarity and Action. It gives people the courage to have a go and try.Everything Storytime does is centred on achieving that combination, so most of my role is taking time to understand a client's ideas and translating those into an actionable roadmap. It gives clients confidence that they have a story, strategy, and style that's uniquely them and stands out from the crowd.As of July 2024, Storytime has gone into hibernation, and I am now focused on projects that work at the intersection of Branding/Marketing and Supply Chain.I now use my skill sets to help warehouse operations attain peak performance via hands-on change management and implementation of pragmatic solutions.
