I have been trained to assess when it's appropriate to use a Taser and to understand accountability for my actions. I am responsible for keeping patients, staff, and visitors safe and secure in the healthcare facility. That includes intervening in disputes between patients, visitors, or staff, using de-escalation techniques, patrolling the building and grounds, monitoring activity and enforcing organizational safety and security policies as well as providing exceptional customer service.

I am responsible for keeping residents and staff safe by staying alert and aware. I manage multiple tasks such as responding to emails and requests, process incoming deliveries and retrieve delivers for residents, process and monitor guests and vendors on the approved gate list, manage newspaper deliveries and observe CCTV cameras. I pay close attention to detail as well as provide excellent customer service to all residents and staff.

As a Field Supervisor at Allied Universal I was responsible for conducting regular site visits to inspect and supervise Security Professionals, handle after-hours calls and ensure site coverage, train, coach, and manage Security Professionals in collaboration with Operations Managers, perform post inspections to maintain performance and quality standards, provide on-the-job training for new employees and respond to emergencies.
