As part of my job experience and education, I acquired a BA with a major in Interdisciplinary Communications Studies. I have applied my communication skills in high pressure in-office and out-of-office work environments. I am able to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and have extensive experience when it comes to client facing situations. I possess an analytical mind, have good attention to detail, and have a creative eye for problem solving.After two years in my account management role, I have learned how to delegate but also take a gentle approach and do my best to lead by example by working through problems with my office team and internal departments by collaborating and finding solutions together to address client issues/requests to help ensure that trust in the relationship we’ve built with them. I oversee and provide training for new team members to help them succeed at their roles, whether it’s teaching them by creating guides, recording video presentations that go through data entry processes or, my favorite, interacting with them face to face and showing them the ropes and letting them take the driver’s seat. I believe in team work - maintaining good communication, having positive interactions, and setting goals together! I believe in myself when I know I’ve helped others believe in themselves.
