Managed a caseload of up to 75 patients while providing individual, family and child therapy. Conducted intakes, assessments and created and implemented various group curriculums, including an adolescent DBT group.

Managed a caseload of 35 individuals with serious mental illness. Conducted intakes and yearly assessments, updated treatment plans as needed, acted as a liaison between the patient and their psychiatrist. Assisted clients by providing food boxes, wellness checks, support in the home as needed, and continuous follow up.

Worked an overnight shift and responded to crisis situations in the community with a partner. Most crisis situations involved danger to self, danger to others, psychosis, drug use, or mental health issues. Used crisis intervention techniques to deescalate clients, create safety plans, or transport to a facility as needed.
