I am a highly organised and motivated individual who can quickly become an integral part of any team. I possess an endless amount of patience and enthusiasm both inside and outside the workplace.Delivering training has honed my verbal communication skills and especially talking to groups. I am skilled at ensuring that key points are being understood. I have worked with a wide variety of people with differing abilities including adults with learning difficulties through to coaching Managers. I am usually able to get even the most unmotivated and difficult candidate to engage.I am adept at managing others and am able to mediate conflicts between team members. I am a patient listener and team members will often approach me for advice and support.I am skilled at providing feedback and motivation for ongoing learning and development. I take pride in seeing others reach their full potential and learning new skills.
