Everon was incubated as part of the EVBox Group, focusing on providing the EV Charging Management Platform and related services.In my role, jointly with the key stakeholders, I turned around a platform only solution into a significant player, one of the most recognizable solutions providers in the EV charging management market by the end of 2020. As the Chief Technology Officer, I have set up the organization's technology part, scaling it from 20 to +100 engineers and incorporating all the necessary structures, including product development (+15 teams), data operations, architecture, SRE, product security, and process. I have been responsible for setting up the platform's direction and vision. In the meantime, I have remained deeply involved in the technological advancements and architectural aspects of the solution, driving developments of many initiatives, including the PKI infrastructure designated for the whole EVBox Group.I have been an active member of the Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) and Open Charge Point Interface (OCPI) working groups, governed by OCA and EVRoaming Foundation, continuously improving interfaces allowing for standardized and secure interactions with charging stations and other platforms. Additionally, I was involved in the OpenADR alliance's workings focusing on standardization of the Demand Response (DR) and Distributed Energy Resources (DER).

EVBox drives sustainable mobility by providing smart and scalable charging infrastructure and charging management software to electric vehicles worldwide.As the Vice President of Software Development, I was responsible for building a complete software development department, scaling it up to +20 people, and setting foundations for future growth and expansion. I have been focusing on further technological advancements in the Everon platform.While being in this and previous roles, I have been an active member of the Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) and Open Charge Point Interface (OCPI) working groups, governed by OCA and EVRoaming Foundation, continuously improving interfaces allowing for standardized and secure interactions with charging stations and other platforms.

As the Senior Software Architect, I designed and built a new and innovative EV Charging Management Platform. The delivered solution set a new standard in the industry by incorporating future proof design based on microservice architecture, multitenant and white-labeled setup, high scalability, and reliability.

At Thunderhead, I worked on a new, next-generation customer engagement platform.As the Principal Software Engineer, I was responsible for building and co-designing the platform, focusing on real-time Journey analytics using various Big Data solutions. I have participated in multiple prototype projects, technology trials, and the large codebase migration from SVN to GIt.In the Team Lead role, I was responsible for managing skilled engineers, defining the vision, managing backlog, and optimizing the software delivery process. I worked closely with other geographically distributed teams, the Product Management, Sales, and other stakeholders, providing the required support.

Chordiant Software, which I joined in 2008 was acquired by Pegasystems at the end of 2010. As the result of the acquisition, the Chordiant Decision Management suite has become part of Pegasystems' BPM platform.As the senior software engineer, I was architecting and building enterprise-level decisioning software, extending capabilities of the complex rules engine, and prototyping new solutions. In the role of the Scrum Master as a member of the Process Improvement Group, I was coordinating the work of multiple, geographically distributed teams and optimizing software delivery processes.

In this role, I was engineering and contributing to the decisioning software suite and played the role of the Scrum Master.

Nokia Siemens Networks was created as a joint venture between Nokia and Siemens in 2006.As the Software Architect, I was responsible for extending and managing the Mobile Network Management System. Simultaneously, prototyping and productizing new and innovative solutions for various industries and sectors, including transportation. I was also involved in the group-wide initiative introducing Agile and lean software delivery processes.

At Siemens, I was responsible for the design and delivery of the electricity meter reading system. The solution I have built included server-side as well as a portable device, client-side software.As the Team Lead, I was responsible for managing a team of engineers, defining and prioritizing deliverables, and managing the software delivery process.
