After experience as an accountant I've develop controlling skills, enriched by financial analysis of investment efficiency, payback time, and cost of operations done in capital markets. Business manager position allowed me to use my full potential of problem solver, task management, process developer and connector of people, what created my own, reliable brand within area where I provide my services. Working with clients and for clients helped me to built also my own professional business etiquette at work.My natural charisma allows me to find pleasure in providing trainings in different areas, like MS Excel skills, investment process or internal systems. My innovative mind and esthetic sense helps me to constantly develop tools and processes that I am involved in. Sense of responsibility and good work organization are making me natural leader and great team worker since college.Being a line manager for last two years helped me to realize that I'm a good leader, mentor and teacher, willingly taking responsibility for my team members, guide them, represent on a wider forum and support them in their career development.
