A key aspect of this transformation involves advancing our Techno-Commercial strategies, Value Engineering, and enhancing vendor capabilities including developing innovative, world-class vendor management programs to de-risk our portfolio capex programs. The framework will also focus on digitizing entire Project Lifecycle including deploying emerging technologies to achieve project excellence and building people centric organization with enhance capability and competencies. Continuing the healthy revenues and EBITDA growth path, AIIL is poised to grow multifold as part of it's roadmap in transforming the company to next scale by driving best-in-class projects execution with significant attention to Engineering, adoption of Digital technologies, Process transformation, People skilling, Partner management towards ensuring execution excellence, robust cost & quality control, and financial prudence.
