I am a natural leader, goal-oriented and self-motivated professional with three years of experience in designing and optimizing Operations/Business development and all-around IT experience with strong leadership in managing (Business- Utilities, Marketing, Sales, Research, Analytics).I am actively looking for full-time opportunities as Data/Business Analyst. I have a good understanding of Project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Six Sigma and have conducted requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders. Also, I have generated business requirement documents by analyzing the business requirements, functional requirements, scope of the project, dependencies, scheduled risks, and budgets. I have created user stories in the Agile framework and used case diagrams in a Waterfall environment by working closely with my stakeholders to design a software feature based on client experience. I have created dashboards using tools like Tableau, Miro Board, and Microsoft Power BI to generate insights and presented them to my stakeholders to enhance sales, operations, and business processes.
