I have been teaching foundational and advanced topics across cloud computing, programming, coding principles, computer science fundamentals, artificial intelligence, computer networks, and mathematics. By simplifying complex concepts, I aim to inspire students to continue their studies in computer science and related fields at the degree level. My approach is to build their confidence and curiosity, helping them grasp challenging ideas in an accessible and engaging way.

I worked on the implications of distributed ledger technology (DLT) and blockchain within network systems, edge cloud, vehicular communications, and smart microgrids. My research focused on addressing the scalability challenges of blockchain while preserving its inherent security properties. In my recent work, I explored the potential benefits of using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) algorithms to select the optimal number of blockchain consensus (miner) nodes. I extended this research by implementing my ideas in emulation environments, including Docker containers, to achieve more realistic results and analyses.

• I was a lab demonstrator for the following models: Information and Network Security, Further Programming Paradigms, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Computer and Digital Logic, Advanced Challenges in Web Technologies

• I chaired monthly PhD workshops with around 50 attendees including academics, staff and PhD researchers. I was responsible forpreparing the agenda, arranging with the speakers and communicating with PhD researchers to raise their issues.• As a PGR representative, I was responsible for actively listening to PGRs’ issues and directing them in the right direction. I worked withstaffs and decision‑makers across the university to address issues including careers after PhD and PhD journey challenges• I worked as part of a team to decolonise the careers workshop which was organised by the doctoral college. We managed to make the careers workshop more inclusive by including information relevant to individuals coming from different backgrounds.

• Field IT support with the primary focus on two clients of Altiatech LTD, with the responsibility of administrating and maintaining IT infrastructure. • Project 1: Successful network upgrade to Cisco Meraki UTM and L3 switches; Designed & implemented a cloud-based management solution for an organisation (60-100 users) with on time delivery and minimum service disruptions, as well as staff coaching in the event of basic IT issues.• Project 2: I was responsible to deliver 24/7 support to the staffs of a law company based in London via email, phone or onsite regarding any IT issues such as Office 365, Printers, PCs and phones. Key results and skills:• Negotiation and communication skills through direct contact with the customer and my manager to come up with the best solution suitable to meet both employer and customer needs.• Analytical skills to estimate the duration of the projects and predicting upcoming issues and effectively anticipated backup solutions in case of any unforeseen incidents.• Managed my time among numerous projects in university and work.
