Facilitate learning, and promote the achievement goals and establishing of independence for physically and mentally challenged students; implement plans and goals established by teachers, intervention specialists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists and counselors; student challenges could include Autism, Cerebral Palsy, emotional disturbances, cognitive disabilities, and multiple handicaps.

Developed, tested, maintained, supported, and provided on-call production support for mainframe applications including deposits, time deposits, customer information system, and investments; languages used included COBOL, CICS, Easytrieve, JCL, Hogan. Led team to evaluate a replacement time deposit system. Awarded Star Banc Corp Chairman’s Award for increasing profitability associated with a VISA check card project.  Identified scope and requirements for a new Surety Bond application to replace securities backed investments and followed up with design and installation of the batch and online application. On team to convert data for time deposits and customer information required due to bank mergers and acquisitions.  Responsible for match/merge function to consolidate customer records allowing complete customer relationships to be viewed at the retail level.  Installed, managed, and applied updates for extended zip code programming which facilitated $ savings on customer mailings.
