I am a dedicated Civil Engineering graduate as of December, 2018. I have a primary focus on structural design, but I have interest in gaining knowledge and experience across all focuses of civil engineering. I have accomplished numerous engineering projects throughout my years of schooling at The Ohio State University, and have completed multiple internships along the way (see work experience). After graduating, I accepted a structural engineering position with M-Engineering, where I gained vital real-world experience in my desired field, and reinforced my passion for structural engineering. These experiences have given me the necessary understanding of the practical applications of engineering methods and procedures learned from years of schooling. I have obtained strong technical and organizational skills, and have become meticulous and articulate when it comes to project delivery, enabling me to meet strict deadlines. As a member of The Order of The Engineer, I am energetic and passionate about my future profession, and am excited to further my knowledge and pursue ongoing education. For years I have worked exceptionally well both independently and with teams. Unfortunately, the negative effects of the COVID-19 virus on the architectural / engineering industry has caused me to lose my recent employment with M-Engineering; however, my time there was extremely valuable, and I am staying optimistic and looking forward to continuing my engineering journey elsewhere.
