Supplying Raw Materials & Equipment to Investment Casting and Steel Production Industry

• Attending all my duties/responsibilities as Process EngineerPlus• Coordinating and monitoring the Ceramic Core sub-project of Directionally Solidified Gas Turbine Blades Investment Casting project• Experienced on Scheduling project• Implementation of the design of experiments (DOE) method & related analysis• Estimation and ordering the required raw materials, machines & instruments• Experience in Minitab, MS Project, PANalytical X’Pert• Directing technical discussions and preparing technical reports• Cooperate with other project parts for relevant tests and feedback to get the reliable results

• Supervising Investment Casting Ceramic Core production line. Responsible for all aspects of production shop including technicians & machines• In charge of more than 15 different types of Ceramic Core references (GE, Siemens, Rolls Royse, Alstom, Zorya Mashproekt, . . .) engineering & production aspects• SPC, Process analysis & Problem solving in Ceramic Core process• Define and planning for new projects based on process improvement & new parts development• Supervising of DT & NDT tests on Ceramic Core (mechanical, physical & thermo-mechanical properties)• Releasing tooling design concept to drawing team• Ceramic Core process design & qualification (PPQ & FPQ)• Cooperate with casting shop to design (functional & dimensional features and related controls) & optimize all ceramic cores features• Producing technical reports & Engineering documents• Working as one of 3 engineers, establishing MAPNA Ceramic Core production line• In charge of machines commissioning and installation• Experience in recruiting enough qualified staff• Experience in Catia, Solid Work, Minitab & SAP
