Objective: To help capture, re-engage, and develop qualified prospects for Dolcera sales division through Marketing efforts;Responsibilities:• Working closely with sales and marketing operations to turn requirements into tailored, high impact marketing campaigns in order to increase engagement and capture interest from prospects (late and early stages) and clients.• Creating and building marketing email campaigns and landing pages that drive sales leads and increase prospect and client engagement (worked on any CRM / email marketing softwares).• Coordinating with Sales Operations to segment and collate prospect and client lists for campaigns.• Drawing up email campaign reporting to benchmark and measure success.• Assigning sales follow-up tasks among the sales team members based on the geography and domain.• Creating opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling the services in the existing client accounts.

Having a total of 3 years of experience in IT/Telecom Industry especially with CRM Systems (Infinys 3.0 & 5.0) and Convergys Telecom Billing product Geneva (IRB-3.0).Having extensive knowledge and work experience in the fields of System Testing, System Integration and User Acceptance Testing in the Implementation project of front end CRM system projects in Telecom Domain.Worked as Software Testing Engineer with world's leading product based MNC in Telecom Domain.Good experience in design and execution of test scenarios and cases.Participated in Bug Reporting and Defect management during project implementations.Coordinating with the developers (custom & core), onsite team and the configuration team.
