I participate in the development and support of the system, management and coordination between PMs, BAs, and QA personnel. I also help determine estimates and delivery dates and preparations for deployments.Responsibilities/Achievements includeed• Was developing an enhancement for CSAA and their CEA line of business to allow them to offer basic and choice CEA policies. Scheduled to be deployed in May of 2012.• Helped CSAA become PCI compliant with their system and supported the critical build that was needed to get them to be PCI compliant before their deadline

AmPro Energy is a Texas REP company selling electricity to both residential customers and small to mid-sized companies.Responsibilities/Achievements include• Was responsible for the development of the company intranet CRM program.• Member of a four person IT development team.• Development was in the PHP language with a MySQL database backend and some Javascript that was first implemented in a test environment, and then moved into production.• Designed tracking and logging software for information previously stored in a spreadsheet rather than the company program.• Designed interfaces that were used to generate flat files for sending to a third party through the internal company program instead of a website portal.• Would occasionally provide additional computer support for other departments of the company.

Technical Industries is a leader in Ultrasonic Pipe Inspection technology providing NDT inspection of pipe & equipment using Ultrasonic, EMI, MPI, WMPI, PT, oilfield services, and storageResponsibilities/Achievements include• Was responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of an online inventory tracking system written in PHP that supports employees and clients of the company.• Developed proof of concept online surveillance system, allowing remote monitoring of machine problems for overseas operations.• Supervised production and assist in determining plans of action to fix problems in absence of supervisor as well as participate in meetings with clients.• Was responsible for the IT infrastructure of the company as well as supporting a mix of Windows and Linux machines used by employees. Also responsible for capacity planning and future procurement of IT resources as well as training.• Developed an online reporting tool enabling clients and employees to generate reports. The system virtually eliminated the need for paper reports and increased productivity and communication.
