Founding Partner Global Office NGOAs a Partner at Global Office, responsible for driving key initiatives that promote Ukraine’s global and internal integration. Key achievements and responsibilities include: • Strategic Leadership: Led the overall strategy and development of the organization’s core programs—GoGlobal, GoEast, and GoXchange—ensuring they align with the mission of fostering integration and promoting global values. • Expansion of GoGlobal: Spearheaded the growth of GoGlobal, transforming it into the largest educational volunteer initiative in Ukraine. The program engaged 60,000 children in 324 cities with the support of 500 international volunteers from 53 countries. • Development of GoEast: Played a key role in creating the GoEast initiative, aimed at reintegrating residents near the Donbas conflict zone into a pro-Ukrainian community, fostering dialogue and understanding. • Management of GoXchange: Oversees GoXchange, a national student exchange program that promotes internal integration, civic engagement, and democratic values among young Ukrainians. • Public Diplomacy & International Relations: Actively promoted Ukraine’s image internationally by building partnerships and initiatives that encourage intercultural dialogue, volunteerism, and public diplomacy.

Maine Responsibilities:• Conducting the national project "First Investment Forum" on the Initiative of the President of Ukraine in Mariupol (leading the project from scratch, managing a working group with the Cabinet of Ministers, Office of the President, Donors, and Investors• Platizka (National project under the auspices of the President of Ukraine with Cabinet of Ministers as implementors to decrease the #платіжка for people by 30% - successfully implemented)• Managing the group of strategic advisers to the PM• Head of the board of UkraineInvest agency (advising on the investment policy and managing the relations with top investors)

Key Responsibilities and Achievements- Led the launch of operational activities for Edinburgh Business School MBA programs in Eastern Europe, ensuring smooth implementation across all spheres of operations. - As a key member of the managerial team, drove business development initiatives, conducted new market and product analysis, and supervised the launch of a new branch in Kazakhstan. Spearheaded business opportunities and managed key partnerships in Ukraine, while establishing connections with global partners in Singapore, Mexico, Switzerland, Hong Kong, and more.- In the role of SRRD Director, successfully achieved student enrollment targets per semester by building an efficient Student Recruitment and Relations Department.
