As a program manager at Hyper Island I develop various program curricula in collaboration with respective industry representatives. I also design learning experiences for our students. I network to get to know professionals whom I can invite as speakers for my classes. Students are in the center of my job, when I am not working on executing the program curriculum I spend my time with them, facilitating workshops or having individual meetings to coach and support them.

As a project partner, I developed the first module of the program - "Collaboration and Leadership." I also delivered the module by facilitating networking sessions to encourage cross-border knowledge sharing as well as reflection sessions to support the learning experience. I invited external experts to cover Cluster Management-specific topics.There were 22 participants of all age groups and work experience from all Baltic Sea Region countries.The whole program consisted of 4 modules. The first module was developed by my colleague and me through our work at Hyper Island. The other three modules were delivered by Kaunas University of Technology (Lithuania), University of Vaasa (Finland) and Technical University of Applied Sciences Wildau (Germany.)Through this project, I gained experience in collaborating with international partners, designing and delivering learning experiences for senior-level managers, project management and communication among other experiences.

As an editor at NetPort Science Park, I was in charge of producing a storybook all the way from an idea to a final product. The process included selecting topics for the book, interviewing people, and writing all content. The book had 70+ pages. 1000 copies of the book were printed and distributed among schools, teachers, trainers, policymakers and other education actors in Sweden, Germany, Lithuania, Poland and Denmark.

Cooperating with universities and building bridges between students and employers.My duties at PotentialPark included establishing partnerships with new universities and successfully maintaining already existing ones.In the period of three months, I showed the benefits of our projects to over 40 universities and convinced them to share an online survey among their students via different communication channels which resulted in over 1600 respondents.I found alternative ways to promote our projects outside of the universities establishing partnerships with student organizations and online student portals.At the end of my internship, I was offered to lead another project "Bridge the Gap" which brought additional benefits to the company.

I have been a member of AIESEC since 2010 and worked for the organization in four different countries, namely in Serbia, Georgia, Estonia and Sweden. My positions and responsibilities varied in different countries and included Marketing, Project Management, Event Management, Developing a PR strategy, Company Branding, Presentations and the most recently communication on behalf of the company and developing growth opportunities with other organizations.

Building teams of 50 new students per week aged 17-28. Teaching and helping them to gain team building, leadership, problem identification, problem solving and presentation skills.

Writing articles on various sport events mostly tennis and football.

The forum intended and gathered up to 100 members of student unions from world's leading universities which resulted in signing of a multilateral agreement on partnership between represented universities.

Writing articles on EYP sessions; Producing a monthly newspaper and a video on organization's work; Chairing committee and preparing for General Assembly.

Conducting workshops 3 times a week, teaching Serbian students and newly graduates how to write a CV, cover letter; Prepare for a job interview.
