Pimpinan Dewan Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik (Dema Fisipol UGM) is a term for the head of the faculty-level executive student organization in Fisipol UGM. It uses the collective-collegial system where there are 6 heads of organization, each supervises 6 sectors and represents the 6 departments in Fisipol UGM. In this case, I am the representative of Public Policy and Management and also the supervisor of the Development Sector. As the head of the organization (Dema Fisipol UGM), I have the responsibility to make sure that the organization is running smoothly and sustain the intactibility with the challenges ahead. In my 1-year period, below are the jobdesk and the competencies needed to run the referred organization:• Responsible for the formulation and coordination of short-term and long-term organizational strategies that is focused on recruitment, talent development, human resources management, standard operating procedures, and effective workflow systems• Overseeing the strategies of other sectors and establishing partnerships with external stakeholders.• Supervised a total of 70+ organizational programs on a tight budget with the main focus of (1) Higher Education, (2) Organizational Development, (3) Improvement of Faculty Facilities, and (4) Yogyakarta local issues.• Helped to formulate a total of 10+ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Bills, and Working Documents.

• Worked in a team of 21 members that is focused on recruitment, talent development, and performance assessment of the organization.• Directly responsible for planning events, workshops, and formulating worksheets that is relevant to the division’s focus• Coordinated with other 11 divisions and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the program.• Acted as a Person in Charge of recruitment and selection process of 100+ staff candidates and 200+ intern candidates on 2 periods.
