Product Managed Juniper's Secure Router product portfolio.Key contributor to the VoIP strategy at Juniper including the Avaya relationship. Worked with Senior Leadership team on both sides to define product roadmap, decide Product Pricing, Go To Market Strategy, Product Roll out plan, Sales Training and resolving channel conflicts.

Managed a team of Senior Systems Architects that defined 3Com's VoIP Architecture for Enterprise and Branch Office Solutions. The solutions included a multi-site architecture with globally distributed head offices and thousands of branch offices connected seamlessly with an easy to manage system. The Architecture team was also responsible for defining Unified Communication, Security and other 3rd party integrations. Presented 3Com's VoIP portfolio to Fortune 100 customers, Industry Analysts and 3Com's Senior Management team. Worked with the CTO office in defining product roadmap and future direction.

Managed a team of Software Engineers that developed 3Com's VoIP branch solution. Worked closely with Product Management team in defining product roadmaps, identifying key resources, hiring and executing development plans and meeting schedules. Collaborated with 3Com's Sales and Support organization in training, participating in client calls and resolving customer issues. Became the subject matter expert and key resource within 3Com's VoIP organization.

NBX introduced industry's first VoIP PBX. Responsible for creating the Call Control Engine for the IP PBX. This included using real time object oriented design methodologies and tools like ObjecTime/Rational Rose for Realtime on a vxWorks platform.NBX was acquired by 3Com in 1999.

Worked on Fidelity's Institutional Investment Services (FIIS) product portfolio. Built a three tier product architecture using Tuxedo as a transaction processing system with Oracle database.Interacted with Product Teams, Engineering and Services teams for product rollout.

Worked on GM's inventory management/procurement product that dealt with large data. The product was awarded the top 100 products for the year by GM.

Worked on CAD/CAM products including Godrej's GCAD software that competed with AutoCAD. Was a key contributor for a 3D modeling software for a German company building RoofCAD, a roof modeling software.
