Asset Manager and O&M head for Indian Wind Portfolio.- Responsible for PNL and cost-effectiveness of operating plants in India.- Encouraging staff/contractors to follow safety procedures and coordinating with HSE officer to monitor site safety parameter and their adherence.- Close watch on Analysis of entire Wind farm aspects to get optimum output of the plant, such as TSR, Ranking, Wind replacement, Loss analysis wrt budgeted and wind, Temperature analysis (improving component health), Repetitive errors trend and probability, Nacelle position comparison, for optimum plant performance.- Responsible to prepare a well-versed Techno Commercial budget of O&M.- To ensure O&M performance to achieve maximum machine availability and MTBF.- Responsible to bring WTGs under NR which are running under deviation according to quality audit, and to ensure numbers are improving consistently.- Fulfilling all statutory requirement within given timeline.- To ensure timely availability of Infrastructure, Man power, Material, Connectivity and Real time data.- Liaison with EB, local authorities and other stakeholders, CSR support etc.

Mandsaur Area, India

- Responsible to achieve targeted maintenance schedule with least variation to actual dates.- To ensure operation efficiency to meet with targeted levels assigned.- Get the JMR prepared and submission of invoice on decided time.- Responsible to prepare a well versed budget of O&M to respective sites.- To ensure O&M performance to achieve maximum machine availability and MTBF.- To ensure generation and respective wtg performances meeting as per targeted levels also all related reports being taken timely.- Responsible to bring wtgs under CTR which are running under deviation according to quality audit, and to ensure numbers are improving consistently.- To ensure timely availability of Infrastructure, Man power, Material, Connectivity and Real time data.- Responsible to implement safety procedure and parameters on site.- Liaison with EB, local authorities, villagers.

Jaisalmer Area, India

- Responsible to achieve targeted maintenance schedule with least variation to actual dates.- To ensure operation efficiency to meet with targeted levels assigned per contract to IPPs.- Responsible to prepare a well versed budget of O&M to respective sites.- To ensure generation and respective wtg performances meeting as per targeted levels also all related reports being taken timely.- To ensure SAP entries, Non conformity reports, Calibration status, IDRV/PCI reports, and breakdown analysis data from sites are up to date according to norms.- Responsible to bring wtgs under CTR which are running under deviation according to quality audit, and to ensure numbers are improving consistently.- To ensure timely availability of Infrastructure, Man power, Material, Connectivity and Real time data.- Responsible to implement safety procedure and parameters on each site.- Liaison with EB, local authorities, villagers and customers.
