I have over 12 years of experience in theatre production and programming, working for various companies and organizations, including Theatre Deli, where I am secretary of the board, a trustee and a former general manager at Theatre Deli Sheffield, Coventry City of Culture Trust, where I was an administrator, and Sublime Talent Group, where I was a booker and agent. I have also worked in production and broadcasting for ITV and BBC, and as a casting director for an award-winning independent feature film. I have a passion for creating and supporting diverse and innovative theatre and live events, and for engaging with communities and audiences. I have skills in negotiation and contracting, budgeting and payroll, recruitment and training, event organization and coordination, filming and editing, casting and booking, and social networking.I am a director at DIGGINWELL HOLDINGS LIMITED, a company that owns and manages the rental of real estate in Croydon, Surrey. I have a MA in Acting from Mountview Academy of Theatre and Performing Arts, and a MA in Creative Producing for Theatre and Live Events from Birkbeck, University of London.
