Leading Enterprise and Partner Operations + Sales Enablement

Worked collaboratively in a multi-matrix environment, successfully dealing with numerous stakeholders across Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, etc. Created EMEA-wide dashboards measuring KPIs that link to strategic objectives and outcome-based initiatives, allowing sales leaders to track performance and leaders to drive efforts where it is most needed. Developed processes and procedures in tandem with global counterparts and developers to give structure to and automate manual work, enabling sales to scale effectively. Wrote EMEA sales strategy for 2016 and 2017 incorporating input and representing viewpoints from a variety of segments including, Enterprises, Start-Ups, SMB, Partner, Marketing, etc. Hired diverse EMEA team from scratch, lead and managed individuals with different skillsets e.g. from project managers to data scientists, from varied backgrounds and cultures, across multiple time zones. Contributed and helped design compensation plans and criteria, in conjunction with global personnel, to drive efficacious sales behaviour. Presented to senior leadership in both EMEA and global audiences, and every year at SKO.

Acted in data consultant role, performing numerous analyses on sales, churn, financials and operations, presenting findings to audiences from account manager to MD level and recommending actions. Performed numerous DM algorithms to generate segmentation models for enterprise-wide sales and support, allowing division of accounts to facilitate maximum profit and enhance maintenance support. Created interactive financial pricing applications using Excel, VBA, SQL Server, etc. enabling business development consultants to conduct more profitable real-time sales and renewal analyses. Key developer on Sharepoint company-wide intranet release. Architected, developed and wrote C# applications that allowed seamless automation of the creation of opportunities, leads etc. within Salesforce via the API from external systems, streamlining the processing and removing all manual intervention.

Extensively used Excel , Access, SQL Server and VBA to create applications providing account managers and directors with key sales and purchasing information, enabling them to negotiate more effectively with suppliers. Automated Point of Sale reporting using various VBA procedures, reducing processing time by 80%. Analysed various supplier information (e.g. sales forecasting / providing margin analysis / price book comparisons), using Excel, enabling cheaper resourcing and increased margins, saving the company in excess of £500K per annum.
