Joined Oracle via a series of acquisitions from SQRIBE Technologies to Brio Software, Hyperion Solutions and then Oracle. Started as a Senior Performance Analyst in the Quality Assurance group. Was promoted to Manager, Senior Manager and most recently Director of Performance Engineering. Currently managing a global team of ten engineers who are focused on performance testing and analysis for 15 different products. Duties include mentoring team members, managing assignment of resources across the product portfolio, standardizing performance testing and reporting practices, ensuring proper test case coverage and adherence to schedules. Also manage benchmark testing and write whitepapers reporting test results and providing capacity planning guidance. Responsible for go/no-go release decisions regarding software performance. Assist with customer escalations of performance and sizing issues. Skills used include performance analysis with Windows Performance Monitor, UNIX utilities and Excel, UNIX shell scripting, WebLogic tuning, LoadRunner scripting, and relational and OLAP (Essbase) databases.

Performed design assessment and capacity planning for new online information product development.
