Client: Cricket WirelessRole includes leading the initial KT and transition from different vendor for microservices support role and Incident Management Team.Understand and gather requirements to onboard new microservices, end points or functionality.Create and deploy elastic alerts to setup log monitoring.Coordinate and get additional monitoring setup from tools like HP Sitescope, HP BSM, Selenium, Alert Manager, TAPM to monitor various aspects and performance parameters for all (close to 200) microservices for Cricket Wireless.Create and implement change requests.Capacity (CPU, Memory, #PODs) analysis and recommendations to dev teams and other stake holders.Analyze and implement resource (CPU and Memory) optimization to avoid over allocation and under utilization.Errors and volumetric trend analysis for improvements, enhancements and capture security threats etc.Oncall support during holidays and off hours for production outages.Troubleshoot and mitigate production issue, along with other stake holders.Create problem tickets for recurring issues, code bugs etc and work with development teams to help them reproduce and fix the issues.Capture user journeys through FullStory for production issues/problems to understand the user experience.

Client: AT&TThis role included managing a team of 27 at offshore and onsite. Managing and ensuring smooth transition between the onsite and offshore shifts. Communicate with client, understand and gather requirements.Join, troubleshoot and notify client and other stake holders during production outages. Prepare weekly/monthly status reports and present to client. First point of contact for escalations.Setup monitoring, work on deployments, automating repetitive tasks through shell scripting and load runner scripts.Coordinate with SA and DBA to schedule and assist for OS patching of around 15000 servers, assist with hardware maintenance activities.

Client: AT&TThis role included managing a team of 20 resources at offshore. Managing and ensuring smooth transition between the three shifts from offshore. Handovers between offshore and onsite, between offshore shifts.Mentoring and training new team members to application support role at offshore. Help them understand the criticality of the project and different applications. Make them aware with TechM and client procedures and SLAs.Setup monitoring for new applications/servers.Assist with any application sunset activity.Work upon change requests and production deployments.

Joined Tech Mahindra ITP (Initial Training Program) as a fresher to undergo various technical trainings including C, C++, Java, SQL, Advance Java, PL-SQL, J2EE, RDBMS etc along with behavioral and communications in two phases.After successfully completing both Phase 1 and Phase 2 trainings, I was initially allocated to Application Support role for BT (British Telecom before getting transferred to AT&t account (Noida, India).
