I was born in 1992 and I have worn many hats over the years. I am a founder, IT project manager and seeking more expertise in personnel and organisational development. My guiding principle is simple: "We are all learning experts. All we need is the right tools, spaces, and motivations." I blend technical know-how with educational and social science theory to create innovative solutions in the educational landscape.After completing my vocational training and pursuing studies in teaching, I went on to study applied social sciences at the University of Applied Sciences in Darmstadt. During my studies, I gained valuable experience at my previous workplaces and as a freelancer, focusing on transformation processes and personnel development. These experiences enabled me to develop expertise in HR management, change management, and organisational development.In 2023, I joined Komponent.Works, a company dedicated to providing virtual worlds for organisations. Our metaverse world was rightfully awarded the title of "Best Educational World" at the K20Educators Competition in February 2022.My main focus is on building the Metaverse and virtual worlds. I design immersive virtual environments that enhance learning experiences and foster collaboration. I am passionate about integrating my diverse skillset, particularly in educational settings, to create engaging and interactive platforms.Outside of my professional life, I volunteer as a disaster helper with the Federal Agency for Technical Relief and assist in fawn rescue as a drone pilot. At home, I am dedicated to raising my two young children together with my wife and family.I have a diverse background, ranging from scientific research to event organisation. I am passionate about lifelong learning and innovative technologies. With a strong interest in teamwork, social impact, and personal development, I will make a positive influence on others and society as a whole.
