Designing for high performance starts with an understanding of the environment, assessment of the current state and the path to desired goals. I am part-owner in Mission Matters, where our consultants are trained in a multitude of areas including strategic planning, coaching, capacity building, leadership development and facilitation. We pride ourselves on taking an asset-based approach, where we help organizations discover their many resources and strengths - hidden and known - and use them to create positive change. My consultative expertise is in facilitation, leadership development and training; but where I come alive is at the intersection of leadership development and facilitation. I believe to my core that Leadership Matters and every organization struggles with finding great leadership and cultivating it’s talent.
