I have contributed to manufacturing management on several levels throughout my 30+ year career history. My experience spans the complete spectrum of getting manufactured product from engineering concept to delivered and invoiced goods. I've most enjoyed opportunities to take on projects where no precedents exist and thus require innovation to achieve successful results. I value order, efficiency, precision, teamwork, mutual respect and trust. Waste and the behavior that creates it is the enemy. Corporate cultures that encourage precise and candid communication harvest the vast source of knowledge that, for no extra cost, resides right there amongst the rank and file. I believe that life was meant to be enjoyed, both on the job and off.
