XMPro's AI-Powered Application Development Platform helps some of the world's largest industrial companies build and deploy real-time apps without coding. I led the UX design process across both the XMPro platform and customer engagements. I was responsible for:• Designing the Recommendations feature in XMPro’s Application Designer, which included both a design and run-time view, light and dark theme mobile versions, event-based notifications and messaging capability• Hosting remote discovery workshops with enterprise end users in a variety of industries• Collaborating with the product manager, development team and executives on the product strategy and roadmap• Leading the UX design process for complex AI-based projects with global customers

In 2017, my role pivoted to include UX Design when XMPro started building the XMPro Application Designer. During this time, I successfully:• Redesigned the UI for the legacy Business Process Management platform• Designed the user interface for the new Application Designer product• Collaborated with the CTO and development team to implement a UX process for designing new platform features• Created an end-to-end free trial experience to scale user growth • Led the UX design process for enterprise customer pilot projects

As the Digital Marketing Officer, I was responsible for creating all company marketing collateral, including landing pages and email newsletters. I also designed and maintained the company website portfolio and represented XMPro at the SAP Startup Accelerator in Berlin.
