Created the first, frontline fundraising, Leadership Annual Giving (LAG) program at UMF. Managed a team of four Leadership Annual Gift officers responsible for securing leadership annual gifts ($1k - $25k) and growing the major gift pipeline. Overseeing program planning, collegiate unit collaboration, metrics, coordination with PD on prospect/targets, and hiring/training of gift officers. -Managed a team of four (4) leadership gift officers who fundraise for entire University system in Minnesota- In first year, team exceeded FY17 team production goals: 552 personal visits, 302 delivering solicitations totaling $723k, gift production of $404k and producing 23 qualified major gift referrals of $1.2M- Complete oversight and direction of the program including: building prospect pipeline, developing scripts, creating reporting measures, setting and review of metrics, enhancing campus partnerships, and creating of LAG dashboard within the donor management system (DMS)- Execute partner strategies with various institutional units, highlighting opportunities of various size and scope with specific goals related to each project
