Quality Assurance Manager for Petrel RE, Gridding and Geomechanics in Abingdon Technology Center. My main responsibility is to ensure that our software development lifecycle emphasizes quality throughout the whole process, including:• Prioritize software defects encountered by clients• Approve commercial readiness of software new developments• Facilitate and perform test planning and execution• Facilitate review of documentation and training materials • Perform direct client support• Manage technical competency of the team

Projects: - Cantarell field, Gulf of Mexico- Heavy oil reservoirs in Campeche Basin (16 naturally fractured reservoirs, Gulf of Mexico)- Internal inter-segment project on modeling gas shut off treatments with cross-linked foamed polymers (FoamSEAL, SLB)Technical support onsite for major national operator PEMEX including:- Full SLB software implementation for reservoir simulation workflows: Petrel RE, ECLIPSE 100/300, INTERSECT- PVT experiments validation and fitting the equation of state (PVTi)- Quality control and upscaling of static models - Building, maintaining and update of reservoir simulation models (single and dual porosity)- Simulation models performance optimization- Uncertainty analysis and risks identification- Probabilistic forecasts and proxy models (Petrel U&O)- Feasibility studies for various EOR schemes (chemicals, thermal)- Well water coning and water fingering study - Training for the client including Simulation Basics, Petrel RE: Fundamentals, Uncertainty for Reservoir Engineers, Proxy Modeling, Advanced Wells

- Testing Petrel RE/ECLIPSE new features as a part of the Commercialization team- Identification of gaps in software functionality and performance- Resolving clients’ problems worldwide related to Petrel&ECLIPSE (Technical Support)

Project: Tsimin and Xux gas-condensate high pressure high temperature fields in near critical conditions (naturally fractured carbonate reservoirs, shallow waters of the Gulf of Mexico)Technical support onsite for national major operator PEMEX including:- SIS Schlumberger software implementation (Petrel RE, ECLIPSE 100/300)- Conversion of ECLIPSE models to Petrel platform- PVT experiments validation, correction and fitting the equation of state - Performing reservoir simulation studies to estimate reservoir uncertainties, forecast field performance, and elaborate field development plans for primary and secondary oil recovery methods (gas cycling)- Monitoring production performance

2D/3D seismic data analysis and interpretation, seismic tie, horizons/faults correlation, structural analysis, mapping, reserves estimation, database creation, reporting

- Assessment and estimation of hydrocarbons reserves of Russian Federation (conduct of the public balance of mineral reserves in terms of hydrocarbons)- Organizational maintenance and holding of obligatory public expertise of field development plans

Testing of a new tool for streamlines tracing DESTINY+ on the base of ECLIPSE simulation on real reservoir cases, comparison with other tools (3DSL), bugs revealing

Mathematical modeling of gas composition changes phenomenon in gas underground storages induced by methanogenic bacteria, modeling of fire flooding process (analytical solution, numerical calculations with MATLAB),running waves revealing in bacteria dynamics and combustion process

Simulation pre-processing for a sector model of a Siberian oil field (ECLIPSE)
