Creating a stimulating visual environment and unique shop experience for customers, in the most highly recognised department stores in the UK and Ireland, including Selfridges, Harrods, Fenwick and Liberty.• Conducting regular store visits to present ideas, identify opportunities, and implement strategies according to merchandising guidelines; ensuring promotions are represented clearly, and that standards are maintained on displays and fixtures by applying effective merchandising techniques to stock displays, mannequins and presentation tables.• Liaising with the area manager, head office and design team in France to deliver visual continuity in the UK and across the brand; ensuring appropriate stock levels are consistent, organising replenishments, and providing store reports to highlight concerns.• Working with the store team, responsible for training, motivating and coaching alongside implementing and ensuring that all areas of merchandising and visual presentation are at the highest level.• Stepping up to area manager position during vacancies and achieving the sales targets set; reporting monthly staff performance and sales to head office; creating initiatives and visual strategy and presenting new collections to buyers in our showroom.

Working directly with the senior VM Manager, designing large windows and various store displays for a popular home decoration and garden retailer in France. • Realised a project for autumn windows from my own drawings and proposals, to building and implementing the final displays.• Ensuring window and display schemes were delivered on budget and on time; maintaining standards and brand identity throughout the shop. Training a VM intern student for over 2 months.

Created 40 shop window displays for the arrival of the English team in Versailles, to help promote the Rugby World Cup, from design to installation after selling the concept to retailers.

Created 6 themed shop window displays for a small retailer.
