As a Head of People and Processes (HPP) in Leadership Consulting service to be responsible for supervising and developing of the firms’ leadership consulting function with regards to people and processes to ensure it works smoothly and collaboratively under the corporate standards.

In this role I was responsible for coordination and delivery of programs, processes and initiatives focused on Cultutre and D&I strategy that enables employees to thrive, perform with purpose, be inspired and do their best work each day.

My 3rd Rotation was in BHGE Oil&Gas Turbomachinery and Process Solutions (TPS) – Florence, Italy as TPS Services HRBP and PD@BHGE ambassador (a real-time, integrated approach focused on performance, learning, and development). My main role was to support the integration process between two O&G businesses - TMS and DTS, promote PerformanceDevelopment tool across TPS, promote People Leader's expectations and create Women Talent program.

My 2nd Rotation was in HQ Sub-Saharan Africa – Nairobi, Kenya as SSA Organisational&TalentDevelopment (O&TD) specialist. My main projects were Culture Compass survey analysis and action plan implementation, GE culture promotion, launch Culture week in different sub-regions of SSA.

I have joined GE in 2015 for the Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP), it is a two-year global program offering opportunities for leaders to experience 3 assignments across GE businesses, receive world-class leadership training, interact with and influence senior decision-makers and be part of a close-knit global network of HRLPs.My 1st Rotation was in HQ Russia/CIS – Moscow, Russia as HR Manager and support of Organisational&Talent Development function. In this role, I was responsible for providing high level of HR support across the sub region, driving service excellence thru enterprise standards execution, rigorous controls and continuous improvement.

Main responsibilities: implement HR processes in the region (office and retail): recruitment, induction, T&D, retention, development, promotion. Manage four direct reports.
