This belief has shaped my career, driving me to focus on two main areas: music education, where I explore new ways to enhance the human experience through music, and jazz performance, which I view as a vital aspect of cultural preservation—and my personal passion and medium for my artistic statement.With over a decade of experience in the music industry, I specialize in jazz performance, including band leading and arranging material for my ensemble, organizing music events and workshops for B2B clients, and music education. My career highlights include:• Organizing several successful music events for top management of major Russian companies, transforming employees into performers through comprehensive music production and performance training.• Hosting international vocal intensives in Italy, attracting talented singers from across Europe.• Leading a three-year public lecture series, helping audiences understand and appreciate art and music, cultivate their interest, develop their taste, and train their focus.I also have a track record of delivering a TEDx talk on music awareness, along with numerous engaging music lectures and workshops worldwide. Throughout this time, I have continued my private vocal practice to stay grounded in the realities of music education and maintain direct contact with students.
