Current responsibilities:- Client support.- Communication with external suppliers and service providers.- Data Analysis, Prepare Forecasting & Reporting.- Reconcile supplier/debtor accounts, making the correct adjustment to mispostings- Internal Database (Itilium) administration and changes initiation.- Customer claims management.- Service processes improvement management.Some roles on recent projects are:Designing and implementing Service Desk system, including: writing a technical assignment; alignment of the interface, system management and details design with developer; writing service manuals and processes for users; making changes in the SD in the course of work; system administration.Updating 1C System (database system in Russia), in particular: implementation automatic notifications to clients; creating user-friendly equipment directory (incl. hardware/software details, access time, contact data etc.); implementing “Mobile co-worker” application, which enables customer to see on-line ticket status (instant informing client about call`s updates, inc. engineer`s name, time of arriving, dispatch parts etc.)Organization and control of installation and service of the equipment to the “ROSBANK” client, specifically: ordering of equipment to customer site from the Factory; staging, delivery, rigging and connections of ATMs; account management; preparation of closing documentation for sold equipment and services. Working out and implementing methods to improving quality of service for «Gazprom Neft PJSC” client, including: introduction of petrol station description to the service system, creating spare parts warehouse (s/n, vendor code etc.); organization and control quarterly preventive maintenance for each station.Staging area management, in particular: control of ATM preparation according customer needs; calculation of required resources and tasking engineers; organization of moving ATMs and components between the zones.
