Working out and implementing methods to improving quality of service for «Gazprom Neft PJSC” client, including: introduction of petrol station description to the service system, creating spare parts warehouse (s/n, vendor code etc.); organization and control quarterly preventive maintenance for each station.Staging area management, in particular: control of ATM preparation according customer needs; calculation of required resources and tasking engineers; organization of moving ATMs and components between the zones.
