Teach course on Disruptive Insights to graduate students in the Design for Social Innovation MFA program.

Taught “Advanced Research and Development Methods” to undergraduate students at the School of Design Strategies. Developed course structure and materials, emphasizing a make-to-know approach, iteration, and developing skills for effective critique.

- Led teams through problem understanding and opportunity framing. - Conducted generative qualitative research in home and retail settings and led co-design workshops with users.- Visualized findings, defined design criteria, and wrote opportunity-driven reports.- Helped clients internalize and act on findings through debriefs, workshops, sketches and prototypes.

- Social Badging: Conducted research and developed conceptsthat support a social life for physical badges, for the largest badge manufacturer in US.- BetterAt: Led research on how interest motivates student learning and prototyped user experiences of digital lesson plans,as part of a Gates Foundation grant.
