Working in a Shared Service Center to provide accounting services for external clients:• Full independent accounting: from collection and analysis of financial data and documentation to preparation of financial statements• Monthly, quarterly and annual accounts for multinational clients• Accounts for group reporting purposes• Coaching and supervising the group of 3-4 junior colleagues: planning workload, reviewing work, giving feedback• Training new colleagues• Improving internal procedures to develop more efficient work process• Deep knowledge of related accounting software system• New client takeovers, data transfers between accounting systems• Communication with the clients• Assistance during the audit process
