Shanti has been working as a Tax Professional since 2004. In 2012 she passed the Special Enrollment Examination with IRS in order to gain Enrolled Agent status, a federally licensed tax practitioner who specializes in taxation. She chose to become an E.A. because of her desire to focus specifically on Tax Preparation for Individuals and Businesses. Shanti understands the complexity of taxes can be daunting, but she enjoys the challenge. She approaches each individual return like a puzzle that can be broken down and solved one step at a time.When she is not preparing taxes for a living, Shanti is a sculptor and photographer working out of her own studio in Wallingford. She also plans to continue pursuit of a second degree in the field of Industrial Design.
