CurrentCollaborate and engage with a wide variety of stakeholders - including other project managers, agencies, and senior executives. Work with other leaders in the Project Management Organization (PMO) to help define and drive the PMO strategy and vision, identify synergies with other organizations and be a champion of implementation for the PMO. Deliver optimal customer experiences.• Microsoft Skype to Teams Migration Project - Involved migrating 18,866 accounts to MS Teams, including all call queues, common area and conference room phones. The project team received the Innovation Award – Service within KCIT.• King County Sheriff’s Office Body Worn Camera/In-Car Video Camera Implementation Project. Responsible overall project oversight, management and reporting to KCSO Command Staff and KCIT PMO management. Includes responsibility for deploying 538 BWC to officers, ICV installations in 200 vehicles, network support, docking stations, all BWC and ICV equipment assignment/installation and upload capabilities as integration with Evidence.com takes place. Includes coordination responsibilities with KCSO Training, equipment configurations/permissions with KCSO Computing Resources Unit, KCSO Records Unit and KCSO Public Disclosure Unit.
