Seeking Assignments in Accounting and Finance with a reputed organization where I can utilize my expertise and skills to support the organization to realize its core values and principles.Accounts Payables : Responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable function by matching purchase orders to invoices and entering the invoices into the ERP according to department policies and deadlines.  Preparation and review of creditors ageing every month. Preparation of Inflow and Outflow - Planning of Fund, Daily Bank Position. Preparation of Debit Notes to Vendor as per defined under the company policy. Record Keeping of Account Payable Document and all accounting records in a secure and efficient manner. Banking related work e.g. submission of bank transfer letter, salary transfer, cheque deposit etc& Co-ordinate with Bank relationship Manager related to baking queries. Monitoring and ensuring preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements. Participate and responsible to produce necessary audit document for Internal & External Audits.Accounts Receivables : Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices. Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing report. Manage records of credit notes as per customer Sales return. Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries. Resolves invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures. Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, coordinating contact with collections department. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.Goods & Service Tax (GST) : Effectively manage routine GST related matters like payments of taxes. Ensure that all documents pertaining to GST are filed in a secure manner and are easily retrievable. Ensure that all returns are filled on or before due date, tax payments are made on or before is filed timely. Preparation of GST REFUND (ITC) as per defined under the company policy.
