I direct committees in charge of diversity, professional development, and mental/physical well-being. I restructured the pillar to increase accountability and engagement among officers and brothers. I managed a $700 budget to provide various resources to my brothers, ranging from professional development to mental well-being support. I selected and led four officers in creating events for over 200 brothers, focusing on professional development, diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and physical and mental well-being. Additionally, I organized three large-scale events to educate brothers on professional development, DEI, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, aiming to broaden their perspectives and enhance their overall experience. Lastly, I met with my officers when I saw fit for many reasons, from mental health checks to decreased efficiency.

I also led three different leadership committees to foster effective communication and collaboration between each committee head.

I specifically researched grants relevant to political psychology and genetic politics and conducted data analysis on data measuring opinions and attitudes toward genetic privacy using R. Additionally, I worked with a team of one professor and two other research assistants to analyze the relationship between right-wing authoritarianism and social dominance orientation.

I assisted the research professor with the literature review, specifically focused on dual citizenship and loyalty. I additionally implemented data analysis skills to create data visualizations about the relationship between American flag pride and political party/ideology using Python, along with gaining a better understanding of the citational requirements needed for political science research.

I upheld high standards of customer service to ensure all customers had a positive experience in the establishment. I also interacted daily with a team of two managers and four associates to foster a collaborative work environment.
