• Manages and reports on Profit & Loss status to Corporate Executives. As a result manages the impact to forecast, provides options to meet forecast and address problem areas• Manages Program Review process for 67 programs representing $137M in business• Responsible for the day to day operations of this 700 + employee division group • Provides strategic direction and guidance to Growth Team in pursuit of winning new business • Effective communicator to all audiences from CEO to technical staff • Provides direct support to the Division management team and oversees mid-level management with respect to compliance and guidance of corporate policies and procedures. • Liaison to both Business Group and Corporate representatives in support of the Division Group. Ms. Shamleffer often operates on behalf of the Division Group Sr. Vice President and carries many similar responsibilities.• Provides Tiger Team Expertise on Corporate initiatives. Most recent activities related to such initiatives included the evaluation, selection and implementation of a company-wide performance & goal management system. • Provides direct guidance, training and support to Management team related to personnel management, financial management, contract management, procurement and funding activities.

Coordinated contractual obligations related to proposals, third party product vendors and GSA schedule. • Managed revenue generation and tracking of all product and third party annual support contracts.• Supported Area Business Directors with all sales related activities. • Worked with Director of Sales to create and implement policies and procedures for managing sales efforts and determined appropriate marketing venues and the means to conduct such efforts.
