Current• Reporting to Cluster manager and directly help to achieve +ve EBITDA of the store with strong KPIs. Handled various departments namely, Men’s, Women’s, Kids, BOH & C&A of total 40 sales associates with five Team Leaders and an in-store VM Champ. • Mentored and monitored the performance of staff members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting sales targets. Daily replenishments and ensure that planned stocks reach the store in time. Actively involved in day-to-day Store Operations. • Redefined base stock from the current level, based on the area, planned options, sales targets and trends in order to create the desired look within the brand. Analyzed Stock vs. Sales, Slow and Fast Movers in each category and monitored the brand / supplier performance on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Took Immediate Actions to improve low performing Brand.• Give briefing to sales associates before store opens for customer entry regarding previous days performance, current day’s sales target, Store Pledge and start the day• Strictly adhere SOPs, store opening, closing norms, Daily cash card settlement, EOD reports. Planned promotional offers in consultation with brands to enhance and improve the business operations.
