I am a senior executive and consultant with global experience leading change in acute and primary care services, community health, chronic disease management and public health. In a career spanning continents, I have been highly successful in structuring collaborative initiatives between government and cross-sectoral stakeholders for health services delivery and the provision of associated capital assets.My approach to successful implementation is to design and build sustainable health systems “from the ground up”, by bringing together communities, indigenous populations, healthcare service providers and, importantly, non-healthcare partners that have a direct influence on the social determinants of health. I am proven to be highly effective in building bridges between these (often) contrasting groups by narrowing/eliminating the cultural, organizational, geographic, fiscal and technological “gaps”, ensuring that the most appropriate services are delivered by the most appropriate providers, in the most appropriate manner.
