Accurately analyze, research and decision critical operational functions across multiple systems Research and update customer accounts for the following processes: Hardship Enrollment Review, Charge Off Processing, SCRA, Debt Validation, etc. Execute operational processing with high accuracy Support all company wide products and operational initiatives, including contributing to the development of defining and implementing processes and procedures Review and process customer correspondence critical to the businessWork across multiple internal systemsPrioritize high sensitivity tasks to ensure all deliverables are met in a timely manner

Senior support specialist responsible for managing assigned caseloads of complex merchant requests, inquires, and special projects as assigned by management in addition to acting as next level support for Merchant Support Specialists I and II assisting via phone, email, and chat.PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:Updating bank account information, Adding/removing methods of payment, Adding/removing authorized contacts, Investigating and verifying missing funding and transactions inquires, Acting as the merchant's liaison in resolving funding holds with internal departments, Explaining pricing plans and payment brands rates, fees, and interchange, Setting up accounts with online access to their sales processing profile, Determining and submitting refund approvals, Account cancellations/reactivations, Adding terminal IDs, Rekeying transactions.AD-HOC JOB DUTIES:Identifying and submitting coaching opportunities for fellow agents. Providing 1-on-1 training/coaching. Submitting recommendations for workflow process improvements and job aid updates. Reporting funding issues, potential fraud, system outages. Helpdesk/Technical subject matter expert. Voluntary on-call agent for ECS (escalations and complaint support team)

First level of support for troubleshooting point-of-sale hardware and software issues as well as answering basic inquiries pertaining to transactions, batches, and funding.
