My team supports Amazon’s Operations Technology, Supply Chain Optimization Technology, World Wide Customer Service Technology and Prime Now technical teams - these are technical teams that support Amazon’s mission of being earth’s most customer centric company. We build software and services that touch every Amazon customer globally. From innovative solutions for logistics, supply chain optimization and transportation for Amazon’s fulfillment networks to rapidly expanding businesses like Prime Now and Amazon Flex, we build technology that makes the magic of Amazon happen for hundreds of millions of customers around the world every day. Our technology teams are special because whether it’s building something entirely new or inventing new efficiencies for our existing systems, the scale and impact of our technology is big, growing, and we have the opportunity to make a difference for each and every Amazon customer. I lead a team of senior technical recruiters focusing on hiring senior software engineers for Amazon's Consumer Business. Amazon's Consumer business is the core of Amazon, including our Retail and Seller Services businesses, along with the technology platforms on which Amazon transacts and manages its business, securely. We impact every Amazon customer, every day, protecting customer data and maintaining customer trust. Our recruiting team establishes long term relationships with senior engineers and identifies the best possible opportunities for them within Amazon. I currently lead the recruiting team for Amazon's eCommerce Platform (eCP).
