• Responsible for the administrative operation and financial oversight of the largest interdisciplinary laboratory at MIT with over 1,000 members. • Oversaw a $75 million annual operating budget primarily supported by a diversified funding base of more than 150 federal and corporate sponsors. • Collaborated with MIT’s Office of Sponsored Programs, General Counsel and CSAIL’s leadership to negotiate significant international research agreements in excess of $25 million. • Partnered with Information Technology Staff to develop web applications to improve financial and human resource processes.
